The iconic El Encanto building on Catalina Island will be restored as a vibrant, multi-use destination at one of Avalon's most storied addresses. El Encanto will bring together a thoughtfully curated collection of experiences under one beautiful roof — a day spa and salon, a café and wine bar, an event venue, a retail boutique, and two exclusive villa suites for guests who want to make the stay last a little longer.
